My eldest grandchild has dark brown eyes. When his younger brother was born and everyone was going on about his blue which turned to hazel eyes, he said to me, "I wish I had blue eyes" to which I replied, "YOU have chocolate eyes and I LOVE chocolate!" He smiled and it's been his mantra ever since.
Yeah, whatever Grandma said is absolute truth! Piper has my husband's brown eyes - deep and soulful and golden brown when the light hits them just right.
